The dishes were fresh and delicious and the service was great. Highly recommend this restaurant. It caters for parties of all sizes, from romantic date nights to large dinners. Sushi and sashimi are delicious, hot dishes such as fried noodles and sushi roast are simply mouth-watering.

One of the best restaurants in Quito, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine, with a great environment and great service. The appetizer platter had grilled squid, grilled mushrooms, and eggplant boxes, the main course was grilled salmon, the dessert was chocolate brownie, the main course was paired with Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon, and the dessert was paired with champagne, which was very authentic! It&#39;s just that people here eat late, lunch is usually at 12:30 and dinner is at 19:30.

I&#39;ve tried Fusion Cousine...but this is definitely the best I&#39;ve been to, I just went and I didn&#39;t have a reservation but the waitress found a great spot for us next to the fireplace as it was pretty cold. Talking about the food...I must say the parrillero and acevicardo were delicious and the chica morada was awesome...definitely coming back!!

I tried Fusion Cousine...but it was definitely the best one I have ever been to, I just passed, I didn&#39;t book a room, but the waitress found a good place for us next to the fireplace because it was cold. Talking about food...I must say Parrillero and Acevicado are delicious, Chica Morada is awesome...Absolutely back!!
